Here are just a few theories by the children on North America in 1492, the time of contact between European Settlers
and Native Americans.
-I think that when the first Europeans came to Noeth America, they met the Native Americans, and they took special care
of them.
-I think that when the Europeans first met with the Natives, they were all laughing at each other because everyone sounded
silly with their laguages, and they all looked silly doing it.
- I think that it took them a long time to learn from each other. It was very hard to try to communicate with each other
and not understand one another. Just like the game we played in class. It was frustrating.
